We are based in the UK, but post worldwide. Postage and shipping charges are based on weight and value with an additional charge for packing materials. The charge will vary according to the contents of your basket, and the delivery location.
To calculate shipping: Add items to you basket and choose CHECKOUT - the postage charge will be shown.
You can still return to shopping and add or remove items, and recalculate the postage as many times as you wish.
Please note heavy items over 2kg are very expensive to post abroad
The order is only finalised when you confirm and make you payment. Once you have confirmed and made payment you will get an email, if your email does not arrive, you can always log onto your account, and choose account history to see your order status
Once payment is complete NO ADDITIONS can be made to your order. We DO NOT have access to your credit card and cannot make any charges other than the one you have made. Postage and packing includes the transaction fees we are charged for processing and may be more the actual postage stamps on the package.
If your package weighs more than 2kg we may have to change the service from the one you have chosen. Some Royal Mail services cut off at this point and the website calculates to split the package. This may not be appropriate, and therefore we reserve the right to Change the service at our discretion. This change would normally be an upgrade. I.e your package may be sent via Courier or Special Delivery rather than First Class, or Royal Mail International. Courier service to addresses abroad is usually considerably faster than Royal Mail.

FOR INCORRECTLY SENT/FAULTY ITEMS ONLY
If an item in your order is incorrect or faulty, please call or e-mail us regarding the problem as soon as possible but within 14 days of arrival date. Please await advice before returning the item(s). We will give you details of the postal method you need to use to return it. We will refund this amount and refund for the item or send out the correct items as soon as the return is recieved. If you use a different method of postage to that which we have advised you do so at your own cost and risk. We will only refund the amount agreed beforehand.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST INFORM US OF ANY FAULTS/SHORTAGES WITHIN 14 DAYS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS AFTER THIS PERIOD OF TIME.
Returns and the law
If after placing your order/receiving your goods you have CHANGED YOUR MIND.
Customers can cancel their order
- any time from the moment they place it, up to 14 working days from the day after they receive the goods - even if the goods are not faulty *
- any time from the moment they place it, up to 14 working days from the day after they agree the contract with for services bought online
- and claim a full refund if the goods or services that they ordered are not delivered or provided within 30 days.
* Excludes: custom items/used items
Customers NEED TO INFORM us within 14 days and return them within 14 days. The customer is responsible for postage costs. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
After 14 days, some items may be returned at our discretion. No returns on any USED/OPENED items. We do not refund postage on returned items. We DO NOT EXCHANGE, you will receive a refund for items returned and will need to make a new order if you need a different item.
